We offer complete green card medical exams, also known as immigration physicals or I-693 medical exams for you and your entire family at Dr. Brena Desai Pediatrician PC located in Flushing ,New York.

All immigration medical exams are conducted by Dr Brena Desai, a civil surgeon designated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to perform immigration physicals and sign the required form. We offer immigration physicals to children older than 6 months and adults of all ages.
Our Immigration medical examination includes the following:
A review of your medical history and a physical exam
A review of your vaccination record and vaccine recommendations
QuantiFERON blood test for tuberculosis (TB) screening
Testing for gonorrhea and syphilis
Completion of the official I-693 form for changing your immigration status
Documents you need for the medical examination
When you go for your USCIS Medical Examination, make sure to bring the following documents:
A valid government-issued photo ID: This can be your passport, driver’s license, or another official ID.
Form I-693 (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record): Your Civil Surgeon will provide this form. Do not sign — you must sign it in the presence of the civil surgeon
Vaccination records: If you have records of your any vaccinations since birth, bring them along.
Medical records related to your health history: If you have any existing medical conditions or past treatments, bring any relevant documents.
Payment for the exam: The cost of an immigration physical is 190$, and the cost of vaccines and lab tests would be additional.
